JOB DESCRIPTION:

Processes invoices accurately and on time
Reconciles daily cash deposits between Micros and bank
Reconciles monthly receivables accounts
Prepares cashbook reconciliations correctly and prepares bank statements accurately
Checks that bank accounts reconcile, and all queries are resolved in accordance with company policy

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in high volumes
Minimum 3 years’ experience of Debtors Clerk position

Qualification:
Matric
Finance Diploma/Degree
