SUMMARY:
One of my leading JSE Listed clients is focussed on the manufacturing and distribution of varied food, home and personal care products has an opportunity for a Debtors Clerk.

They have been in operation for more than 3 decades and are looking for someone who will be responsible for the full debtors function of the operation Foreign debtors expensive is highly beneficial.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Must have experience on Pastel (preferably) – or similar ERP system
Must have Matric
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting – or related (Advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor monthly accounts send out and handle queries
Calculate 30, 60 – 90 days remittance details
Record all incoming payments and receipting amounts received
Regular ledger reconciliation’s
Calculate amounts outstanding
Extract age analysis
Collections
