Debtors Clerk

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural Commodities industry is currently in the market for a Debtors Clerk. The incumbent MUST have over 3 years’ experience in the Agricultural sector. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the required responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom/Ndip
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience
• Agricultural Commodities industry experience preferable
• Microsoft Business Central (advantageous)

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

• Managing debtor books for two companies
• Sending of statements to customers
• Prepare debtors reporting for management
• Monthly debtor age analysis reconciliation
• Apply for credit facilities through credit insurer
• Amendment of credit facilities with credit insurer
• Issuing final demand requests to debtors
• Handing over of overdue debtors to credit insurers
• Issuing of penalty interest invoices
