SUMMARY:
We are recruiting a Debtors Clerk for our formidable national Client. Our client is one of the largest operations in their field in the country. They are well positioned in the transportation and logistics environment.

POSITION INFO:
Debtors Clerk : Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and process pod’s
Follow up on outstanding documents
Invoice loads
Courier invoices to clients
Email invoices to clients
Send statements to clients
Allocate payments
Assist with queries on accounts
General admin as requested from time to time

Skills & Experience

Experience / background in a Transport & Logistics environment
Datatim and transport experience is a must for the Debtors environment.
Pastel experience for the Accounting environment.
