SUMMARY:
Debtors Clerk Parklands

POSITION INFO:

You will support the Finance Officer with core administrative support to the finance function of this team. Your strong Debtors skills to manage the Debtors book is critical for this role.

Requirements:

• Matric
• At least 5 years working experience as Debtors Clerk

Duties:

• Collecting monies from arrear accounts
• Sending reports to Directors
• Dealing and solving compalints, queries, payment arrangements
• Responsible for settlement of accounts
• Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records
• To contact, deal with customers by phone and email
• Use initiative and imagination to achieve targeted results - while promoting customer goodwill
• Make adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
• Handles disputed accounts and negotiates to bring payment into line with terms
• Reconciliations
