Debtors Clerk

SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Debtors clerk with many years of experience? Our client based in Bellville South requires a bilingual Afrikaans and English speaking debtors clerk with pastel experience and a good financial acumen for managing calculations for costing purposes.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, relevant tertiary education highly advantageous

Min 10 years’ experience working in a Debtors position

Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English to deal professionally with clients

Pastel experience essential

An independent work who manages their time well

Ability to deal with people on all levels

DUTIES:

Manage the full Debtors portfolio for the company’s five entities

Daily invoicing

Calculate costings accurately corresponding with job time sheets

Debtor reconciliations

Phoning Clients for outstanding debt payments

Manage inhouse invoicing between the various entities

Investigate and manage any problems if the Client has not paid their account

Manage credit notes

Manage the Petty Cash

Receipting and daily cash reconciliations

Ready to assist all round in the administration department with any ad-hoc requirements

SALARY: R13000 – R16000 CTC dependent on experience
