SUMMARY:
Our client, an Accounting Firm, is currently recruiting for a Debtors Clerk that will be based in the Silverton Area in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant Certificate or Diploma.
2-3 years’ experience.
Advantageous: Experience working with Sage or CaseWare Time.
Must be able to handle a large number of clients.

Minimum Technical Requirement:

Release payments.
Engage with clients regarding payment.
Responsible to create debtors accounts.
Generating invoices.
Responsible to submit monthly reports to Management.
Responsible to generate spreadsheets and validate accuracy of information.
Accountable to maintain the company’s debt under 60 days.
Attend board meetings.
Ensure and confirm correct invoicing requirements of the company.
Responsible to release payments to the correct bank accounts.

Additional:

An retirement Annuity will form part of the CTC per month.
