Our well-established commercial vehicle dealer client based in Kempton Park currently holds a vacancy for an experience Debtors Clerk.

POSITION INFO:

Our well-established commercial vehicle dealer client based in Kempton Park currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Debtors Clerk.

N.B. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately.

Min 3 years’ experience in the Motor Industry.

Must have Autoline experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Invoicing

Daily posting and clearing of Bank Account

Follow up on Debtors related issues and the tracing thereof

Cash flow reports

Maintaining Debtors files and supporting documents

Obtaining approved applications for customers

Preparation and distribution of Debtors statements

Preparation of monthly standard invoices

General admin

N.B. (Only candidates that meet the criteria will be shortlisted and contacted)
