Our client in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Debtors/Billing Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well presented and hardworking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Pastel experience is a must
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong experience on Excel
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Matric certificate
Responsibilities:
  • Processing statements
  • Invoicing customers
  • Maintain and update customer files
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Tracking of purchase orders
  • Reconcile expense reports
  • General adhoc duties
