SUMMARY:
Experienced Debtors Admin required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Debtors Admin to join their finance team permanently. The purpose of the role is to ensure the company’s cash flow is maximised through efficient and effective debt collection.

Duties:

General Account queries
Preparing for manual debit orders
Preparing monthly billing schedule
Manage the Debtors system support queries
Monthly reporting on reasons for credit notes passed (Month end Reporting)
Assisting with handing over long overdue accounts to 3rd party
Loading unpaid cases

Qualifications & experience:

Matric
4 - 5 + Years’ experience
Certificate in Credit and Risk management or BCOM in finance
Advanced level in Excel
