SUMMARY:
Experienced Debtors Admin required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Debtors Admin to join their finance team permanently.  The purpose of the role is to ensure the company’s cash flow is maximised through efficient and effective debt collection.
 
Duties:
  • General Account queries
  • Preparing for manual debit orders
  • Preparing monthly billing schedule
  • Manage the Debtors system support queries
  • Monthly reporting on reasons for credit notes passed (Month end Reporting)
  • Assisting with handing over long overdue accounts to 3rd party
  • Loading unpaid cases
 
Qualifications & experience:
  • Matric
  • 4 - 5 + Years’ experience
  • Certificate in Credit and Risk management or BCOM in finance
  • Advanced level in Excel
