Debtors Administration & Client Liaison Officer

SUMMARY:
Vacancy available at growing company for confident self-starter, who will focus mainly on administration and has strong emphasis on customer liaison.

POSITION INFO:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES:

Relevant completed National Diploma/ BTech of Bachelor’s Degree essential in Accounting/ Bookkeeping/ Administration/ Supply Chain

At least 3 to 5 years’ recent work experience in an administrative and Debtors capacity.

Solid experience in Debtors processing, coordinating various ordering & supply functions to deliver to internal and external customers.

Experience of working in stock/ logistics environment.  Assisting with stock take & stock inspections.  Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Building positive relationships with internal role players & distribution partners

Support running of the entire office independently.  Own transport and valid driver’s licence essential.

Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.  Sage Pastel/ Evolution advantageous.
