Debtors Accountant (Property Industry) JB926

Stellenbosch (Cape Town)

R18 000 – R22 000 per month, depending on experience

Our client, a property market Leader in South Africa, are currently looking for a Debtors Accountant, who can start as soon as possible, or immediately at their offices in Stellenbosch. Preferably someone who has worked in a similar position, within a property company, or within the property industry, that understands the MDA Property System.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (with accounting)

Bookkeeping qualification

2 years related experience

Working knowledge of MDA Property system

Works well under pressure

Deadline driven environment

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Reconciling tenant accounts

Passing corrective journals

Dealing with queries from tenants

Reviewing tenant accounts

Communicating to tenants

Maintaining records
