A retail giant listed on the JSE seeks an experienced and attentive Debtors Assistant to join their finance team based in Ormonde, Johannesburg.

A retail giant listed on the JSE seeks an experienced and attentive Debtors Assistant to join their finance team based in Ormonde, Johannesburg.

The purpose of this position will be to maintain debtors books by correctly invoicing and allocating monies and providing management with an accurate reflection of the debtors status.

Duties will include but not limited to debtors management and maintenance, national accounts administration and housekeeping, monthly and yearly GL debtors recons and reporting, to name but a few.

Education:

Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant tertiary qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 3 years’ experience in a debtors / accounts receivable role

Advanced MS Excel skills

SAP experience essential

High values and high volumes experience is non-negotiable

Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Team player

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
