SUMMARY:
Our well known automotive vehicle dealer client based in Vereeniging currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Debtors & Creditors Clerk.

POSITION INFO:

Our well known automotive vehicle dealer client based in Vereeniging currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Debtors & Creditors Clerk.

Min 3 years’ experience on both Debtors & Creditors in the Motor Industry.

Must have Autoline/Kerridge experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Debtors

Invoicing

Daily posting and clearing of Bank Account

Follow up on Debtors related issues and the tracing thereof

Cash flow reports

Maintaining Debtors files and supporting documents

Obtaining approved applications for customers

Preparation and distribution of Debtors statements

Preparation of monthly standard invoices

General admin

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Creditors

Capture all expense invoices

Capture all parts and workshop invoices

Ensure that purchase orders are signed and attached to invoice before payment is made.

Ensure that all expenses are recorded  to correct PL or NL accounts on time

Request statements from suppliers

Ensure that all follow ups are done and that all missing & invoices are requested

Reconcile creditor statements through to creditors’ ledger on time and accurately

Ensure that all suppliers documents is up to date including banking details

Make sure that suppliers are paid

Capture all payments made to suppliers and allocate as per invoice paid

Send out remittances to suppliers

Send out proof of payments to suppliers

Filling done daily
