SUMMARY:
A well established and Reputable debt counseling company in Pretoria is seeking an Afrikaans speaking registered Debt Counsellor to handle that sector of their clientele.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Area: Monument Park, Pretoria
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a debt councilor.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Afrikaans.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients about their initial debt situation (Introduction to the Debt Review Process).
  • Assessing client’s monthly income and expenditure.
  • Working with clients to determine priority payments.
  • Consistently updating the clients as their application evolves and their situation changes.
  • Following up late payments/paperwork with clients. Monitor monthly DC instalments and reporting on default payments.
  • Accurately maintain multiple client’s applications.
  • Follow all NCR regulations regarding the debt review application.
  • To assist the company to maintain their quality control and quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with the National Credit act and National credit regulator guidelines.
