SUMMARY:
A well established and Reputable debt counseling company in Pretoria is seeking an Afrikaans speaking registered Debt Counsellor to handle that sector of their clientele.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Area: Monument Park, Pretoria

Requirements:

Proven experience as a debt councilor.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in both written and spoken Afrikaans.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients about their initial debt situation (Introduction to the Debt Review Process).
Assessing client’s monthly income and expenditure.
Working with clients to determine priority payments.
Consistently updating the clients as their application evolves and their situation changes.
Following up late payments/paperwork with clients. Monitor monthly DC instalments and reporting on default payments.
Accurately maintain multiple client’s applications.
Follow all NCR regulations regarding the debt review application.
To assist the company to maintain their quality control and quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with the National Credit act and National credit regulator guidelines.
