SUMMARY:
Responsible for collecting of arrears on memberships

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the job:

Responsible for collecting of arrears on memberships

Key Results Areas include:

• Collecting outstanding amounts telephonically through proper payment arrangements
• Assist members by preventing failed debit orders, if due to account details that needs to be corrected
• Timeously follow up on all broken arrangements
• Resolving member complaints
• To ensure that the daily call target is obtained
• Administrative requirements are updated daily
• Offer member client service
• Ability to multi-task
• Work on designated campaigns
• Handle CRM queries
• Ensure all communication is handled telephonically, email etc.
• Any other duties that are reasonably expected

Experience & Competencies:

• Matric
• Ability to work alternative weekends
• Computer literate
• Minimum of one (1) year debt collections experience
• Customer Service
• Experience on the Excalibur collection system will be an advantage
• Have worked towards set targets
• Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect the Planet Fitness way
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Possess high energy levels
• Display uncompromising levels of honesty and integrity
• Must be customer service driven
• Must be able to work shifts
• Reliable transport
