Deboning Manager

Our client, a reputable group in the Agriculture and FMCG space, requires a Manager to manage the deboning division as well as a team of employees situated in Krugersdorp. 

Duties include:

• Day to Day operations and running Deboning Plant
• Managing off staff, all maintenance schedules and equipment up keep
• Conduct all transport agreements and arrange timeous deliveries of all production material
• Ensuring all FSSC22000 standards are kept and HACCP compliance are up to date for VPH audits
• Calculate daily slaughter and deboning yields to ensure sufficient profit margins
• Ensure deboning schedules and product specifications are according to client requirements.
• Ensure sufficient staff training and knowledge to ensure deboning operations are kept up to requrements
• Accurate and timeous invoicing for clients
• Ensure product and packaging is up to standard
