SUMMARY:
Dealership Service Advisor / Aftersales Consultant - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Johannesburg North is looking for a experienced Dealership Service Advisor join their service department team.

The successful candidate must have strong Service Advisor skills (minimum 3 years) and be able to manage a volume of vehicle bookings per day.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers license
Minimum 3 years experience working in a franchise dealership (eg. Ford or Toyota or GM etc.) as a Service Advisor
Evolve or BSI or Automate experience is essential
Ability to work under pressure
Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Salary:
R18k Basic Salary per month + Incentives + Medical Aid Provident Fund + + R1500 fuel allowance
