SUMMARY:
Dealership Group Financial Manager - Cape Town (Century City) - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established Automotive Group is looking for a Dealership Group Financial Manager based in Cape Town to manage 3 Dealerships (2 in Cape Town and 1 in Durban) finance and admin teams.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

Manage centralised admin team for 3 dealerships – debtors, creditors, cashbooks, vehicle invoicing
Manage the administrator at each of the 3 dealerships in stock control
Review perpetual stock counts weekly and oversee quarterly stock counts
Liaise with departmental managers for enquiries
Weekly debtors meetings
Following up on all outstanding debtors
Daily cash account controls
Monitoring of ageing of work in progress
Preparing and reviewing daily/monthly cash flows
Review all EFT and creditor payments
Prepare & Review Management Accounts
Review allocations of bank statement and cash accounts – i.e. bank reconciliation
Reconcile MIBCO payments
Post all payroll journals
Review reconciliation of payroll payments
Prepare detailed annual budgets, monthly review of actual vs budget
Prepare daily DOC
Review insurance administration process for claims only
Balance sheet reconciliations
Monthly review of intercompany loans and debtor/creditor accounts
Weekly Petty cash Check
Prepare month end journals
Audit preparation and management of audit requirements & samples

Minimum Requirements:

Automotive experience is essential
Must have Group Financial Management experience
CA (SA) Qualification will be an added advantage
Willing to travel
Drivers license
Clear Criminal Record

Salary:
R40k - R50k Basic Salary (Salary & benefits are negotiable on merit, experience and current package of candidates)
