Dealership Debtors Clerk - Century City - Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established Dealership located close to Century City in Cape Town is looking for a experienced Dealership Debtors Clerk.

Responsibilities for this position:

Full debtors clerk function
Daily collections from Debtors, as per targets outlined
Reconciling all Debtors Accounts to age analysis
Carry out all credit control procedures
Collections on current accounts will be the key performance area
Work to company’s specifications and quality guidelines
Ensuring that remittances are received and payments are allocated accordingly
Following up on allocated deposits
Submissions of monthly invoices and statements as per client specifications
Preparation of invoices and credit notes, including maintaining client accounts and processing of journal entries
Solving day to day client and account queries

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years relevant working experience in the Automotive Industry as a Dealership Debtors Clerk at franchise dealership level. (No other experience will be considered)
Working knowledge of ADP, Evolve, Automate, Autoline or Kerridge is essential
Matric
Good administration skills and attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Good numeracy and Excel skills

Salary: R15 000 - R25 000 CTC (depending on experience)
