An up-and-coming dealership is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Branch Manager (Dealer Principal) to look over their ever-growing team.  The perfect candidate will be responsible for day to day running of the dealership as well as driving the performance of the departments to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives.

Duties will include and are not limited to:

• Controlling profit targets
• Departmental expenses; monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
• Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
• Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position

Requirements:

• Matric Certification
• Valid Drivers license
• At least 2 years’ experience within a General Manager/ Dealer Principal role within a Main Dealer
• Proven track record in Dealership management
• At least 3 years previous vehicle sales experience
• A full understanding of the running of an Automotive dealership
• Excellent Leadership & performance management skills
• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Business & financial acumen
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Planning and organising skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Computer literate
