Dealership Bookings Clerk - Ermelo - Mpumalanga

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a Vehicle Dealership in Ermelo is looking to employ a Dealership Bookings Clerk.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Telephone Etiquette
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to deal with difficult customers

Responsibilities: 

• Prior Automotive experience would be beneficial
• Book customers vehicles  and preparing Job card for daily bookings
• Managing service actions, scheduling bookings
• Following up on AVO
• Communicate customers via e-mail, SMS and telephonically
• Follow up with customers and sending reminders
• Capturing information on the Autoline system
• Knowledge/Experience of loading workshop hours
• Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisors
