Our Sales Department in Bloemfontein requires a consultant to promote to the Dealer Industry and to meet sales targets.  The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase installation volumes from this sales channel. It Requires a self-starter with an outgoing personality who can communicate confidently on all levels. As this position involves travelling, a valid Driver’s Licence is essential. Preference will be given to candidates from the previously disadvantaged groups.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

vEstablish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
vDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
vProspect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
vQualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
vMaintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
vProvide policy/product information.
vMake presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
vArea and market penetration.
vQuery and account resolution.
vDevelop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an on-going basis.
vProvide client service to prospective clients.
vAdministration of sales contracts.
vCultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.
vComplete daily activity reports.
vAttend to point of sale material at partners.
vMaintain set sales call cycle.
vAchieve sales targets regarding assigned projects.
vAttend to necessary administration.
vAttend occasional after hour functions.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

vMatric and a minimum of 3 years hunter sales experience with proven track record.
vHunter Mentality/Can do attitude.
vBuilt a customer account base from 0.
vDefine a ‘Go To Market ‘plan against a defined target and prospects.
vProficiency in MS-Office.
vExcellent presentation skills. Excellent communication and organization.
vValid Driver’s License.
