SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Dealer Principal in Pretoria & Brits.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability.
Manage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans.
Setting optimal staffing levels, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all assets.
Drive customer satisfaction and represent the origisation in external relations.
Monitor financial activities and indicators.
Drafting & presenting factual reports.

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor''s Degree (3 year) / NQF Level 7 Qualification in Management.
A minimum of 5 years management experience in the motor industry.
