SUMMARY: Dealer Manager_Heavy Commercial Vehicles required for Global OEM to manage and strategically lead the Dealership Region for Bloemfontein, Klerksdorp and Kimberley to achieve financial and business performance targets
POSITION INFO:
Our Client in the heavy commercial vehicle sector is looking for a Dealer Manager for the region of Bloemfontein/Kimberley and Klerksdorp, the role is responsible for optimizing the flow in the Sales to Delivery and Service Delivery Process. To proactively develop, manage and lead the Dealership/Region strategic development as well as the day to day operations to maximize customer and employee satisfaction as well as achieving financial and business performance targets. Applicant must meet these minimum requirements Matric, Relevant Tertiary qualification - advantageous Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related industry Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Effective negotiation and influencing skills A high level of analytical, innovation and business skills People management skills Clear understanding of management accounts Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to identify opportunities for business development Ability to take initiative and work under pressure Ability to build and manage key relationships
