Dealer Agent (Sales)

We are looking for a  young candidate to join a dynamic team in one of the fasted growing car buying services in South Africa. The company is based in outskirts of Kempton Park towards the Irene (Centurion side).

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably from the short term insurance industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on their own
• Excellent administration skills
• Must work well under pressure
• A clear and friendly telephone voice
• A target driven attitude
• Must have own reliable transport

Duties:

• Successfully sign up new dealers to increase revenue of business.
• Ensure set monthly closing ratio is met – maintain average monthly closing ratio of team
• Ensure use of resources within the business effectively to secure deals
• Actively contact new dealerships to broaden database and improve company revenue
• Continuously build relationship between the company and existing dealers, and resolve queries timeously, professionally and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with vehicle brands in the market, and prices on vehicles available in the market.
• Ensure individual targets are met daily as set out by management.
• Reach a monthly target to qualify for commission.
• Ensure that excellent customer service is given to each client to maintain high CSI ratings.
• Follow company communication and administrative procedures, guidelines and policies.
