SUMMARY:
We have a temp position available for a Datacapturer / Finance Assistant in Somerset West. The contract is from 1 June till end Oct 2022.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

  • Sage Data capturing
  • Creditor invoicing capturing
  • Capturing monthly supplier invoices on QX
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Create Sales Confirmations and send to clients
  • Collect signed Sales Confirmations
  • Create set of documents for a dispatch – incl. Invoice & Packing List
  • Collect intakes from pack houses
  • Check intakes received on stock (daily) & report differences

Desired Experience

  1. Strong numerical skills  with good attention to detail  and highly accurate
  2. Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
  3. More than 2 years in a financial role
  4. Experience with Sage Pastel
  5. Experience with QX system
  6. Experience from the fruit industry
  7. Able to commit for the full duration of the contract

Package & Remuneration

R8 000 - R13 000 pm.
