POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for someone who knows how to use CRM systems to compile information on customers across different channels and the various points of interaction they have with the company. This may include the company website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, marketing materials and social media These CRM systems are also used provide customer-facing staff with detailed information on customers’ personal information and buying behaviors.

They are looking for a candidate who would serve as a middleman, between the Customer Retention Agents, and the CEO. Additionally, you will also be expected to the perpetually changing environment and retention strategies.

Skills & Experience:

Vast experience in Data Analysis

Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.

Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.

A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, such as marketing.

Customer Relationship/ Retention management (CRM) certificate
