Join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Data and Dialler Professional in the CX Interglobal Group of companies, where you will play a vital role in maximising our operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview:
As a Data and Dialler Professional, you will be responsible for managing our dialler system and utilising data to optimise our outbound communication strategies. You will work closely with our operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure effective dialler performance, enhance productivity, and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the dialler system, including configuration, campaign setup, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in dialler performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise dialler performance, including dialling strategies, pacing, and list management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and design effective dialler campaigns that align with our goals.
- Conduct regular data analysis to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of dialler campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on dialler performance to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to dialler management and data usage.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance dialler efficiency, increase contact rates, and improve overall customer experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in dialler system management and optimisation, preferably within an internationl BPO/GBS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Knowledge of data management practices, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony software, and contact centre operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
