POSITION INFO:

DVT is looking to hire a Data and Analytics Practice Lead with extensive experience in BI Solution Architecture and Cloud Technologies. You will be working with the Data and Analytics team on driving business data strategy to deliver optimal business value for our clients, discovering insights hidden in the vast amounts of data and facilitating decision making to deliver on business objectives. You will provide oversight of data needs on various projects, data requirements and future trends. Team leadership and willingness to mentor a team is a must in this role, as well as providing technical guidance to 40+ Data and Analytics Consultants.

The role requires being able to consult effectively across business units as well as engaging with business leaders and technology specialists at various clients.

Experience

• Extensive experience in BI Solution architecture and Cloud Technologies
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in BI Solution Design
• A good track record of project delivery
• A good track record of relationship building with Clients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with Consultants, leadership, and Clients
• Proficiency with cloud development platforms
• Experience with working on projects in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary development teams
• Capability in solutions architecture

Salary Range

• Market Related

The process will be as follows:
