A leading financial services organisation has a poition for a Data Solutions Analyst to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
POSITION  : DATA SOLUTIONS ANALYST
AREA          : JOHANNESBURG CENTRAL
SALARY      : MARKET RELATED

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Solution Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology and/software solutions team. Contributing to the documentation of business & stakeholder requirements as well as functional requirements. The
Solution Analyst is responsible for assessing impact, identifying solution requirements, and recommending the outcome. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Completed Matric 
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or relevant Information Systems
• Business analysis certification 
• Agile certification preferable
• Min. 6 years’ working experience in IT business analysis 
• Min. 2 years Data/systems migration, development and integration 
• At least 3 years MUST be in the Short-Term insurance environment
• Agile/Scrum knowledge
• Working understanding of Azure/JIRA or similar case management system
• Experience in the Financial Services Sector is required 
• Strong technical experience in SQL, writing basic queries, select, join, look-ups, update etc., Advanced MS Excel, MS Visio, Power Bi and BPMN
