POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Model Development: Build and implement machine learning models to support business performance indicators.
Trend Analysis: Conduct research and analyze key trends to provide actionable insights.
System Enhancement: Improve data and analytics systems, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders and global IT teams to modernize data platforms.
Education and Training: Develop and educate teams on data recording and analytics best practices.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to support business decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4-7 years in data analytics, with essential experience in manufacturing, mining, or construction industries.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals; ability to work independently on data analysis.
Agile Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in AGILE environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for educating and training stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Stats/Computer Science
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring data quality and accuracy.
