SUMMARY:
About the Role:

Data Science Consultant who can seamlessly balance client communication and hands-on technical contributions within our Data Science team. This role requires someone who can effectively engage with clients, understand business challenges, translate requirements into technical solutions, and actively contribute to data science projects when needed

POSITION INFO:
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and data-related challenges
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks for the Data Science team
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment
Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address client concerns effectively

Data Science and Technical Contributions:

Work on data-driven projects involving Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and advanced analytics
Conduct data analysis, build predictive models, and create data-driven solutions
Perform hands-on coding (Python, R, SQL, etc.) and data processing as needed
Contribute to model deployment, performance tuning, and automation processes
Ensure high-quality deliverables with proper documentation and best practices

Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Hands-on experience with data visualization, feature engineering, and model development
Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Exposure to MLOps and model deployment is a plus

Soft Skills and Communication:

Proven ability to interact with clients, understand business problems, and propose solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
