Qualifications / Requirements:

Related Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Analyst
Strong research and data analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and CRM software
Strong communication and presentation skills
Projection and forecasting skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Hardworking and trustworthy with a strong work ethic

Key Performance Areas:

Collect data from sales reports for analysis
Assess sales data and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
Closely study past sales data to determine trends / productivity / areas of improvement
Present sales reports, strategies and recommendations to company Sales Managers / Directors / Executives
Perform market research into industry trends related to the company’s business
Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends
Forecast and project future sales for business units
Monitor and analyze sales performance
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives
Oversee CRM maintenance and support team
