JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead (Business Online) to lead a team (4-10), contract role towards JHB Central for one of the Top 4 Banks in SA.

Will be responsible for mapping

Migration from old to new system

Data planning and viewing

Successfully get the team to deliver regarding data solutions

Risk and compliance management

Data governance

Coaching of technical staff

Stakeholder liaison

Operation budget contribution

Design and implementation of integrated road mapping for risk and compliance

Data extraction

Risk analysis

Adherence to group architecture principles

Must have:

Matric

IT Degree, Honours will be an advantage

IBM Watson IoT Data Science certificate or Certified Analytics professional (CAP)

5-7 Years' IT exposure, within a Bank

Agile (software defined infrastructure, evolutionary architecture, continuous integration) and Lean framework experience

Business and financial management experience

Full lifecycle design development exposure

Data management experience

Innovative

Team player

Born leader

Persuasive

Able to give direction to others

Data analysis and interpretation

Advanced understanding of IT applications and architecture

Must have a Clear Criminal record, clear fraud, clear ITC (credit), great references

Open to Africa travel when needed

Based at the office - not working from home
