Data Capturer / Administrator (Project-Based Position)
Location: Benoni Area
A well-established logistics company in the Benoni area is seeking an experienced Data Capturer / Administrator for a project-based position.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, highly accurate, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Previous logistics experience and experience with Sage/Pastel will be advantageous.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data capturing and administration
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Experience with Sage/Pastel will be advantageous
Well-organized with excellent filing and record-keeping abilities
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in the logistics industry will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate capturing and updating of data
Maintaining filing systems and administrative records
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Providing administrative support to the project team as required
