Our client in Stellenbsoch is looking to employ an Data Capturer.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Accurate data capturing;
Following set processes;
Turn around time on task completions;
Clear communication with team members and clients
System understanding and utilization;
Desire for process optimization;
Thinking outside the box;
Question basic assumptions;
Working after hours;
Coping with pressure;
Conflict handling with team members or clients;
Working remotely when required;
Basic desk support;

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics subjects.
Basic Hardware and Software understanding;
Middle to Advanced Excel Experience;
Google Workspace Experience;
Experience in Fruit Logistics;
Must be bilingual – able to understand, write and speak Afrikaans and English fluently;
Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Must have a professional and positive attitude;
Must be able to work independently and at a fast pace due to the nature of the business;
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily work load;
Meticulous with high attention to detail;
Willingness to learn under high pressure environment;
Team player;
Adaptable;
Innovative;
Problem solving;
Well-developed administrative skills;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
