JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a group of Data Capturers for a 3-month project at one of the TOP 4 banks in SA.

Preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing of data. Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.

Reporting:

Timely collation and submission of reports.

Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
Type in data provided directly from business.
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Administration:

Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
Keep records and reports up to date.
Help maintain the budget plan.
Handle and resolve queries or complaints

Adherence to HR, finance, administration and procurement policies and procedures

Key Skills to be a Data Entry Clerk

Matric
Relevant Tertiary qualification

ITC clear and with no Criminal record
Basic Software Knowledge
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Fast Typing Speed 50 – 60 WPM
High level of accuracy

High level of concentration
High level of to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
