Data Capturer

We are looking for a group of Data Capturers for a 3-month project at one of the TOP 4 banks in SA.

Preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing of data. Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.

Reporting:

• Timely collation and submission of reports.

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
• Type in data provided directly from business.
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Administration:

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Help maintain the budget plan.
• Handle and resolve queries or complaints

• Adherence to HR, finance, administration and procurement policies and procedures

Key Skills to be a Data Entry Clerk

• Matric
• Relevant Tertiary qualification

• ITC clear and with no Criminal record
• Basic Software Knowledge
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Fast Typing Speed 50 – 60 WPM 
• High level of accuracy

• High level of concentration
• High level of to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
