POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Matric / Grade 12 with Typing as a subject
• Diploma in Logistics or studying towards the qualification

Requirements

• Competence in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Syspro Finance System
• Previous experience in logistics in the automotive industry
• Previous administrative and stores experience
• Must be able to work after hours
• Own transport essential

Duties

• Capturing data onto Syspro and Excel, packing slips, issues from stores, issues from work in progress, transfers, goods receipts, delivery notes, electronic waybills, purchase orders, CHEP dunnage control
• Capturing physical counts at stock take
• Updating and controlling monthly reports
• Computerise delivery notes and advanced shipping notifications
• Capturing scrap details
• Assist storemen with receipts and issues
• Ensure all systems and procedures are rigidly adhered to as set out in various company manuals
