JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Includes, but not limited to:

Information to be taken from documents within MS Suite (e.g. Excel, Word) and bespoke company software.
Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness.
Complete forms / reports and edits of current information.
Assist in the compilation and compile databooks
Compare the entered information with the source to identify errors and correctness.
Assist with gathering financial documents for invoicing.
Assist Project Managers with Administrative tasks.

The following are the minimum skills required to perform the function:

An intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Word and Excel to;
Good written communicator (email; WhatsApp)
Good level of English, both written and oral;
Attention to detail, conscientiousness.
Time management skills, able to work to deadlines
Self-motivated and continuously improve on processes and personal improvement.
