SUMMARY:
Global Management Consulting Firm is looking for experienced candidates with technical data and finance expertise. Seeking candidates with experience in either the banking and/or insurance industry sectors

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Consultant your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Working both independently and in a team of consultants
Engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
Performing data analysis and data mining on large data sets
Documenting business and data requirements.
Documenting functional and technical requirements for large system implementations
Design and implement management reports and dashboards
Write, read and analyse various computer programming languages, for example, SQL
Compiling presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Identifying and anticipating risks within projects and escalating such risks or concerns to the relevant Senior Manager and/or stakeholder (both internal and external to the company)
Solving complex industry-specific problems
Ensuring a high quality of deliverables and outputs on all projects
Participating in internal company projects
Continuously developing business knowledge and technical skills in the areas in which the company provides consulting services

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds an honours degree (minimum requirement).
Has subject matter knowledge in banking, insurance, consulting.
Relevant regulatory experience within Data or Finance such as Data Governance, Basel, IFRS, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Capital Markets etc.
Relevant experience in banking, insurance or consulting.
Tools expertise such as SQL, SAS, VBA and BI.
Certifications in CFA, CIMA, FRM and/or FRR are advantageous.
