SUMMARY:
Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Retrieve and manipulate quantitative data into understandable format through extensive data mining
Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
Use T-SQL to develop and implement procedures and functions.
Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
Provide timely scheduled management reporting
Identify opportunities for business process improvements

Education
- Minimum - Grade 12, Excel (Advanced level), SQL Server
Experience
- 1-3 Years’ experience as a Data Analyst Clerk or similar position
Skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomous
- Ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate (verbal and in writing) complex data/findings in an easy understandable format
- Good time management skills
- Basic research and data analysis skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
