Job description: 

The following position requires someone with strong understanding of print and digital, production and DTP experience. 
The individual must be able to work independently as well as be an integral part of a dynamic team.
Must be able to take designer files and do necessary client changes and roll out various sizes from one design handover and be responsible for the checking and correctness of their own work at all times. 
Must then be able to design and prepare files for print.
Must be proficient in working with Illustrator and Photoshop CC, Apple Mac Based or PC.

Requirements:

• Artwork resizing, photo-retouching, layout, PDF creation, vector retracing of elements, etc. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• A working knowledge of Acrobat Pro & Distiller would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to carry out repro work (against media specs), layout, image editing and retouching.
• Be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assist team in meeting deadlines.
• Familiarise themselves and work strictly according to brand / client guidelines and keep up to date with changes.
• Be flexible and available to work overtime as and when required.
• Mentor and develop colleagues when necessary to improve the skill level of the team.
• A good knowledge of print production and various printing processes and repro.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive constructive attitude.
• Must be able to work under pressure and produce high quality product.
