SUMMARY:
Tracks and analyses Loading and Delivery as well as updating the relevant Track and Trace system for: trucks, pallets, accidents and incidents and executes the required actions. Ensures accurate and timeous information is provided.

Qualifications and Experience:

SA CITIZENS ONLY

Qualification in Road Transport or Logistics

Previous Experience in Transport Environment, Specifically Transportation and Capacity Management advantageous

Duties:

  1. Ensure on time loading and delivery

o Ensure timeous capture of planned and actual loading and delivery times and all relevant issues

  1. Management of Track and Trace System
  • o Progress vehicles according to the plan to ensure proactive action for deviation, that includes follow up on vehicles for loading, en-route and delivery

o Ensure that track and trace is updated on a daily basis

  1. Risk Management
  • o Management of pallets
    • Management and of reporting of accidents and incidents
  1. CRM Tickets
  • Create and manage tickets and entries

Daily and Weekly reporting
