DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Head the large sales, marketing and reservations teams optimising operations.
• Liaise with Tour Operators, International Agents and DMCs worldwide, promoting the groups’ 3 different brands.
• Analyse systems and procedures and create strategies to achieve maximum sales, improving daily yields and optimise service levels.
• Attend international trade shows.
• Achieve optimal sales of bed-nights and safari packages.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior position with a luxury hospitality brand
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• Track record that clearly demonstrates success
• Contactable references and a solid employment history

SALARY PACKAGE – Highly negotiable and could include housing, schooling and relocation allowances as well as air-tickets for home town visits.
