SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a group with 16 boutique lodges, camps and hotels across Kenya and Tanzania as their DOSM. The successful candidate will preferably be based in Nairobi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Head the large sales, marketing and reservations teams optimising operations.
Liaise with Tour Operators, International Agents and DMCs worldwide, promoting the groups’ 3 different brands.
Analyse systems and procedures and create strategies to achieve maximum sales, improving daily yields and optimise service levels.
Attend international trade shows.
Achieve optimal sales of bed-nights and safari packages.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior position with a luxury hospitality brand
Willingness to travel.
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
Track record that clearly demonstrates success
Contactable references and a solid employment history

SALARY PACKAGE – Highly negotiable and could include housing, schooling and relocation allowances as well as air-tickets for home town visits.
