POSITION INFO:

Our national client is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic that will be based in Ugie (Eastern Cape). Requirements include : Qualified Diesel Mechanic Minimum N2 Red Seal and previous harvesting equipment experience will be advantageous.

• Doing scheduled maintenance
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle condition
• Risk/Safety/FSC
• Administration
• Liaison

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic Minimum N2 Red Seal

Required Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years` experience as a Diesel Mechanic

Recommended Skills, Knowledge & Qualities:

• Previous harvesting equipment experience will be advantageous
• Valid driver`s license, Code 14 will be an advantage
• At least 5 years` driving experience
• Knowledge of trucks
• Ability to prioritise
• Work under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Harvesting Equipment
• Good Team Player
• Standby Duties
• Knowledge of Land Cruisers and Hi-Lux LDV`s
• Knowledge of Fire Trucks
