SUMMARY:
Our client in the bakery equipment industry, is looking to employ an experienced person to assist customers with call outs / services and ensure that Technicians are despatched on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

  • 4 or more years’ service coordination / service administration experience
  • Computer literate Word / Excel spreadsheets
  • Reside on the West Rand
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • A stable work record and contactable references
  • Own Reliable transport
  • Strong admin and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga areas
  • Coordinate technician runs
  • Technician support
  • Manage after service reports and asset register
  • Review, develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
