SUMMARY:
Our client in the bakery equipment industry, is looking to employ an experienced person to assist customers with call outs / services and ensure that Technicians are despatched on time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

4 or more years’ service coordination / service administration experience
Computer literate Word / Excel spreadsheets
Reside on the West Rand
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
A stable work record and contactable references
Own Reliable transport
Strong admin and communication skills
Knowledge of the Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga areas
Coordinate technician runs
Technician support
Manage after service reports and asset register
Review, develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
