• 3 year contract
• Travel: Company has 4 offices located in Maclear (main and satellite office), Ugie and Mount Fletcher - travel and service satelite offices, head office in Maclear
• Around 200 users
• Equipment in place currently:
o Printers: Brother MFC, HP (Office Jet, MFP, LaserJet, DeskJet)
o Laptops: HP Pro Book, HP Elite, Dell Latitude, Dell Inspiron
o Switches: Cisco Catalyst
o Servers: HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 9
o Storage: GP MSA Controller 10G
o Desktops: HP Pro Desk, HP Elite Desk, HP Micro Tower, Dell Vostro
o Scanners: Fujitsu
o Projectors: Unspecified
o Phones: We will be migrating them to VoIP and installing Yealinks
o APs: We are installing 8
• Services required:
o Preventative maintenance
o Repairs as needed
o Maintenance kit as required
o Loan printers and laptops in critical situations
o Monthly reports / updates
o Proof of OEM on any new parts / replacements
o Server and app environment support
o Configure, manage and support AD and databases
o Support and assist with implementing network management and security
o Test for security vulnerabilities (recommendations) – TNet scoping in firewalling and vulnerability scans / pen testing
o Training of IT staff (ongoing)
o Configure and install new servers or VMs as needed – TNet would sort out any VMs
o Support plan: On site within 8 business hours
 Highest priority – 4 hours
o ICT hardware repairs and server room protection equipment (fire detectors, UPS, Access Control, air con)
• Supporting information required:
o Technician CVs – all who may be involved
o Partner agreements: Microsoft, Fortinet, ESET, Veeam, HP, Dell
R22000-R30000 p/m depending on experience
