POSITION INFO:
DESIGNATED AGENT – RANDBURG – R30 000 NEG + BENEFITS
Matric + National Diploma/Certificate in Labour Law + 5 years experience in a Labour Law environment. Knowledge of Labour Relations Act & Basic Conditions of Employment, good communicator, problem solving, report writing. Would suit a person from a Credit Regulatory/Authority/Labour background. Plan weekly inspections on establishment compliance, prepare inspection report from IT System, visit establishment & request records.
