JOB DESCRIPTION:

Deceased Estate Administrator

Our client in the Stellenbosch area is seeking to employ a deceased estate administrator

Independent Administration of Estates.

Attending to daily diary.

Independent organization of office and administration.

Liaising with clients directly.

Obtaining Letters of Executorship/Letters of Authority.

Obtaining Letters of Trusteeship.

Placing of creditors and debtors’ adverts.

Liaising with all necessary institutions to obtain certificates of balance.

Attending to transfer/sale of properties.

Attending to closure of all accounts.

Attending to transfer of all assets to heirs.

Drafting of Liquidation and Distribution Accounts.

Placing of Account adverts.

Attending to Distribution and Reconciliation of Estate.

Transfer of assets.

Obtaining filing notice.

Energetic person who wants to grow

Beneficial but not a requirement: Trust Administration – Testamentary and Intervios Trusts as well as Curatorship’s.

SALARY: R30 000 per month
